July, 2009 Suzanne goes to London! Suzanne and Susan Summers, Vice President for Human Resources for EMA, will be presenters at the IAHSA Global Aging Network Conference in London, England. They will deliver a presentation on EMA's successful and cost-effective approach to leadership development. The program develops internal talent for succession into future leadership positions. Suzanne has been a part of the program since its inception, providing leadership assessment, career planning, and coaching services to participants.
